Due to advance supply preparation, tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event. After that, workshop tickets are non-refundable.

If something unexpected comes up, please reach out. Whenever possible, I am happy to transfer your registration to another available workshop or allow you to send someone in your place.

If Persistently Present or the hosting venue must cancel a workshop, you will receive the option of a full refund or a transfer to another workshop.

Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so you have time to check in, get settled, and order food or drinks if offered by the venue.

Workshops begin promptly at the scheduled start time.

If you are late, we will do our best to accomodate you. But, since we partner with local venues, we cannot ask them to stay open later. If you do not have the time to finish your project, we will do our best to figure out a reasonable solution together.

Many workshops are hosted at locally owned restaurants, breweries, wineries, and coffee shops.

Food and beverages are not included unless specifically stated on the event listing.

Please support our wonderful venue partners by purchasing food or drinks during the event whenever possible.

Every project is handmade, and that's part of the fun.

Small variations in color, placement, and finished appearance of projects are expected and make each piece uniquely yours.

Some workshops involve scissors, craft knives, hot tools, resin, adhesives, paints, or other craft materials.

By participating, you agree to follow all instructions provided during the workshop and to use materials responsibly.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children attending family-friendly workshops when appropriate.

I occasionally take photographs during workshops to share on my website and social media.

These photos are intended to capture the overall experience and may include guests and finished projects.

If you would prefer not to appear in photographs, simply let me know when you arrive. I am always happy to accommodate your request.

Persistently Present strives to create workshops where everyone feels welcome, respected, and comfortable participating.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow guests, venue staff, and instructors. Disruptive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or unsafe behavior—including behavior that interferes with the experience of others—may result in removal from the workshop.

Persistently Present reserves the right to refuse service or ask a participant to leave the workshop and the hosting venue if their behavior creates an unsafe or disruptive environment. Registration fees will not be refunded in these circumstances.
