Kinusaiga: Fabric Art Workshop
Join us for a relaxing evening of creativity as you create your own framed Kinusaiga artwork. Often described as "painting with fabric," Kinusaiga is a beautiful Japanese-inspired art form that uses fabric instead of paint to build a colorful, textured design.
During this workshop, you'll learn how to carefully place and tuck fabric into a pre-designed base, creating a finished 8" x 8" framed piece of art to take home. The process is calming, approachable, and surprisingly satisfying as your design comes to life one piece at a time.
No sewing, artistic experience, or special skills are required. All materials are provided, and each design is prepared in advance so you can focus on enjoying the creative process rather than measuring or cutting from scratch. A variety of fabric options will be available, allowing you to personalize your piece and make it uniquely your own.
Whether you're looking for a creative night out, a chance to unwind, or an opportunity to try something new, this workshop offers a welcoming space to slow down, create, and connect.
All materials included. Beginner friendly. Ages 12+
Early bird price: $40 through July 8 ($5 off ticket price of $45)
